摘要
[目的]为了比较分析烟叶及烤烟中二氯喹啉酸残留量,建立二氯喹啉酸在其药害土壤、畸形鲜烟叶和烤烟中的分析方法。[方法]样品用30 mL 0.05 mol/L硼砂缓冲液和60 mL甲醇提取,液液分配后,采用H P L C方法检测二氯喹啉酸的残留量。[结果]二氯喹啉酸在土壤中的平均回收率为98.4%~98.9%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~1.8%,在鲜烟叶中的平均回收率为87.6%~90.4%,相对标准偏差为6.7%~9.0%;在烤烟中的平均回收率为86.1%~90.2%,相对标准偏差为6.0%~7.7%。[结论]该方法操作简单、准确,重复性好,利用二极管阵列检测器灵敏度较高。经方法分析二氯喹啉酸在其药害土壤、鲜烟叶及烤烟中残留量分别为0.1306、0.2575、0.0742 mg/kg。
It was to compare the residues of quinclorac in deformity and flue-cured tobacco,and establish the analysis method of quinclorac residues in its phytotoxicity soil,deformity and flue-cured tobacco.[Methods] Residues of quinclorac were extracted from samples with 0.05 mol/L borax buffer and 60 mL methanol,after liquid-liquid partition,and determined with HPLC.[Results] The average recovery rate of quinclorac in soil was 98.4-98.9%,the relative standard deviation was 0.7-1.8%.The average recovery rate of quinclorac in deformity and flue-cured tobacco were 87.6-90.4% and 86.1-90.2% respectively.Their relative standard deviation were 6.7-9.0% and 6.0-7.7% respectively.[Conclusions] This method is simple and accurate with good repeatability and high sensitivity using diode array detector.The residues of quinclorac on its phytotoxicity soil,deformity and flue-cured tobacco are 0.1306,0.2575,0.0742 mg/kg respectively.
