摘要
目的建立参芪苓术合剂中主要成分的薄层色谱鉴别法.方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别参芪苓术合剂中的黄芪和黄连.结果在薄层色谱中可检出黄芪和黄连的特征斑点,且阴性对照无干扰.结论该方法简便、可行、可靠,可有效地控制参芪苓术合剂的质量.
Objective To establish a TLC method for the identification of main ingredients in Shenqilingshu Mixture. Methods TLC method was used to identify astragalus and coptis in Shenqilingshu Mixture. Results Astragalus and coptis could be detected by TLC without the interference of negative control. Conclusion The method was simple, feasible, reliable, and can be effectively used for the quality control of Shenqilingshu Mixture.
