摘要
本文将统计学分析与理论研究相结合,系统研究卫生法律实施的现状,界定了卫生法律实施的内涵,明确了卫生法律实施存在的主要问题、主要影响因素和运行机制,提出了完善卫生法律实施的政策建议和实践思路。
Combined statistic analysis with theory study,this article searches the current situation of health law enforcement systematically,limits the implication of health law enforcement,makes the existing problem,main influencing factors,operation mechanism of health law enforcement clear,brings forward the strategy advice and practical methods on completing health law enforcement.
