摘要 炎性体(inflammasomes)是一类通过活化半胱氨酸天冬氨酸蛋白酶1(caspase-1)来间接调控白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)与IL-18的成熟和分泌的蛋白复合体。除了作为机体固有免疫及应激系统的重要防御成分,炎性体还参与了多种疾病如动脉粥样硬化、糖尿病、淀粉样变性及其他自身免疫性疾病的发生和进展。近年来,炎性体在肾脏病中的作用备受关注,且随着研究的深入,其作用机制也逐渐明确。本文重点讨论炎性体的基本概念、调控机制及其与肾脏疾病发生发展的关系。 Inflammasomes are a class of protein complexes which are characterized by regulating the maturation of proinflammatory cytokines including interleukin-113( IL-1β) and interleukin-18 (IL-18) through activation of caspase-1. As part of the innate immune and stress defense system, inflammasomes are thought to be involved in the progression of multiple diseases such as atherosclerosis,diabetes, amyloidosis and many other autoimmune disorders. Recently ,there is a significant research progress on inflammasomes in kidney diseases. In this review, the relationship between inflammasomes and kidney diseases is discussed.
