摘要
目的观察运用活血止痛、清热利湿类中药配伍治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将78例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组41例服用复方地虎汤加减(地龙、虎杖、车前子、台乌、黄柏、山甲、黄芪、丹参、附子等);对照组37例服用前列安通片。结果治疗组总有效率90.2%,对照组总有效率70.3%,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论复方地虎汤具有活血止痛,清热利湿之功效。
Objective To observe clinical effects of blood-activating and pain-relieving medicinal compatible with heat-clearing and dampness-removing medicinal to treat chronic prostatitis.Methods78 cases of chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into two groups.41 patients in the treatment group took compound Dihu decoction modification（lumbricus,polygonum cuspidatum,plantago asiatica,taiwu,phellodendron amurense,shanjia,salvia miltiorrhiza,radix aconite carmichaeli,etc.）;37 patients in the control group took prostate anstone.ResultsThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.2 % and 70.3 % in the control group.The difference was significantly meaningful（P〈0.01）.ConclusionCompound Dihu decoction has the function of activating blood and relieving pain,and clearing heat and removing dampness.
