摘要
建立超越对数生产函数,通过主成分分析法对中国1978~2008年的全要素生产率进行估算,发现近五年来TFP对经济增长的贡献率稳定提升,平均为30%。进一步分析全要素生产率与收入分配差距之间的关系,借助计量经济模型,对TFP与基尼系数之间的关系进行实证研究,结果表明,技术进步将拉大收入分配差距,TFP每提高1%,基尼系数就提高0.4%。在此基础上提出调节收入分配差距、优化科技投入配置、促进人力资本提升等政策建议。
establishment of transcendental logarithmic production functions,by principal component analysis method on estimation of total factor productivity in China 1978-2008,discovered over the past five years to TFP's contribution to economic growth and stability boost,average 30%.Further analysis of total factor productivity and the relationship between income distribution gap,with scatter and measurement model,TFP and empirical research on the relationship between the Gini coefficient,results show that technological progress will widen the gap in income distribution,TFP increase 1%,the Gini coefficient increased 0.4%.On that basis propose regulating income distribution gap,optimize the allocation of investment in science and technology,promoting human capital upgrading policy recommendations.
