摘要
通过回顾认同研究,并与耗散结构进行类比,可以发现认同过程符合耗散结构,包含大量元素的开放系统、远离平衡态、非线性相互作用、涨落的作用。认同发展的序参量是创造良好的外部环境,使各系统协同活动、有序发展。为促进青少年认同教育:1.要充分发挥学校教育的主渠道作用,大力开展认同教育;2.要充分发挥家庭、社区的辅助教育功能,形成良好的社会文化氛围;3.要充分发挥各级政府对教育的调节、监控功能。
A review of the researches on identity theory and an analogical analysis show that process of identity complies with dissipation structure due to its features of containing an open system with great amounts of elements and a fluctuation mechanism,being far apart from equilibrium state and nonlinear interactive.The order parameter of identity process is to create a safe external environment and coordinate various systems.With the aim of forwarding teenagers identity education,it is necessary to focus on the following points: 1.to make school education as the main channel and strengthen identity education;2.to improve the supporting role of families and communities so as to build a favorable social environment;3.to enhance government' role in adjusting and supervising.
