摘要
目的了解乳腺癌患者的生活质量,探讨社会支持对乳腺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法对90例乳腺癌患者采用"生活质量调查表(EORTCQLQ-C30)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)"进行问卷调查,且与70例健康者(对照组)进行比较。结果研究组患者的生活质量较对照组差;研究组患者较对照组获得了较高的社会支持(P<0.01);社会支持与乳腺癌患者生活质量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论社会支持与乳腺癌患者的生活质量密切相关,护理人员应该认识到社会支持对乳腺癌患者的作用,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the correlation of social support and quality of life in patients with mammary cancer.Methods 90 mammary cancer cases（experimental group）and 70 healthy cases（control group）were investigated by EORTC QLQ-C30 and SSRS,the scores were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life of patients with mammary cancer was lower than control group,but the social support was higher（P〈0.01）.There was a significant positive correlation between social support and quality of life of patients with mammary cancer（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Social support plays an important role in the quality of life of patients with mammary cancer,which should draw the nurses＇ attention and improve patients＇ quality of life.
