中国荷斯坦奶牛k-CN基因第5外显子对产奶性状的遗传效应分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究中国荷斯坦奶牛k-CN基因第5外显子对产奶性状的遗传效应,试验以宁夏地区8个公牛家系的各8头女儿(共计64头)为研究对象,采用PCR-RFLP检测k-CN基因第5外显子,检测出3种基因型(TT型、TC型、CC型),基因型频率分别为0.641,0.328,0.031,采用SAS 8.02软件对4个产奶性状与k-CN基因第5外显子进行关联分析。结果表明:3种基因型与中国荷斯坦奶牛乳脂率(F)、乳蛋白率(P)、体细胞数(SCC)均有显著的相关性(P<0.05),其中P极显著相关(P<0.01),对校正305天产奶量的影响不显著(P>0.05)。
