摘要
目的:了解上海市导乐陪伴分娩现状,寻找可借鉴的经验,规范导乐服务。方法:采取访谈与问卷相结合的方法,对开展导乐陪伴分娩服务医院的管理人员和导乐人员进行深入访谈。结果:①2009年全市有24家医院开展导乐陪伴分娩服务,产妇总体导乐陪伴率为26.75%,其中8家医院所有的产妇均能享受导乐陪伴分娩服务,而另外7家医院(主要为综合医院)导乐陪伴分娩的比例低于20%。②2010年上海市有30家医院开展导乐陪伴分娩服务,共有383名导乐人员,其中专业医护人员352人,占91.9%;有生育经验妇女31人,占8.1%。③现有27家医院开展"一对一"导乐陪伴分娩服务,各家医院服务模式与内容、导乐人员配置与管理、硬件设施等方面存在差异。结论:导乐陪伴分娩为产妇提供了人性化的产时服务模式,其规范性有待提高。
Objective: To understand the current situation of doula delivery service in Shanghai city, seek experiences for reference, normalize doula service. Methods: Interview combined with questionnaire was used to survey the administrative staff and doulas deeply from the hospitals conducting doula delivery service. Results: In 2009, 24 hospitals carried out doula delivery service in Shanghai city, the rate was 26.75%. All the lying - in women in eight hospitals adopted doula delivery, while in the other seven hospitals, the proportion of the lying - in women adopting doula delivery was less than 20%. In 2010, 30 hospitals carried out doula delivery service in Shanghai city, 383 doulas were engaged in doula delivery service, including 352 professional medical workers (91.9%) and 31 women having birth experience ( 8. 1% ) . Twenty - seven hospitals carried out one - to - one doula delivery service. There was significant difference in the service mode, human resource allocation and management, and facilities among different hospitals. Conclusion: Doula delivery provides a humanism intrapartum service model for the lying- in women, and its normalization needs to be raised.
