摘要
目的评估文拉法辛缓释片与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的61例抑郁症住院和门诊患者,随机分为两组,分别予文拉法辛缓释片和帕罗西汀治疗,疗程8周。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果文拉法辛缓释片与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效接近,但前者起效更快,不良反应少于后者。结论文拉法辛缓释片是一种安全、有效的新一代抗抑郁药。
Objective To compare efficacy and side effects between Venlafaxine and Paroxetine in the treatment of depression.Methods 61 inpatients and outpatients with a diagnosis of depression according to CCMD-3 were involved in this study,they were randomly assigned to the Venlafaxine group（n=31）and the paroxetine group（n=30）for 8 weeks.Effects and side reactions were evaluated with HAMD and TESS before and after the treatment.Results Findings indicated that emcacy of Venlafaxine was similar to than of paroxetine,however,Venlafaxine took effect more quickly and its side effects were less than paroxetine.Conclusion Venlafaxine is an effective and safe anti-depressant.
