摘要
[目的]观察胆舒胶囊治疗胆囊切除术后胆道功能障碍(PCBD)的疗效。[方法]将60例随机分为两组,治疗组30例予胆舒胶囊口服,对照组30例予消炎利胆片治疗。两组治疗3个月进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组临床治愈6例,好转22例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组临床治愈1例,好转19例,无效10例,总有效率66.67%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]胆舒胶囊治疗PCBD疗效确切。
[ Objective] To observe effect of treating PCBD with Danshu capsule, r Method ] The 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group 30 cases with Danshu capsule. Control group 30 cases with Xiaoyan Lidan tablet. Treatment 3 months to determine the efficacy. [ Results ] The treatment group were cure 6 cases,improve 22 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency rate for 93.33%. The control group were cure 1 cases,improve 19 cases,invalid 10 cases,the total efficiency rate for 66.67%. Clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Treating PCBD with Danshu capsule has a good effect.
