摘要
为了解决传统联合整地机不能完成超深松的问题,在研究分析传统联合整地机的基础上,研制出可与大马力拖拉机配套的新型耕整地机具1ZML-210深松型联合整地机。该机具在灭茬刀轴和旋耕刀轴中间增加一组超深松装置。从而可以打破犁底层,提高土壤透气、透水性能,提高土壤抵抗自然灾害能力。该机具一次作业能够完成垄上灭茬、深松、旋耕、起垄、镇压等多项作业,使田面状况达到待播状态。通过田间试验表明:1ZML-210深松型联合整地机的保墒效果明显好于没有深松装置的联合整地机。
In order to solve the traditional combined tilling machine can＇t accomplish the deep loosening,on the basis of research and analysis of traditional combined tilling machine,1ZML-210 deep loosening combined tilling machine is developed which could match the great horsepower tractor kit.Another set of deep loosening device is set in the middle of stubble ploughing knife shaft andspin plow knife shaft.Thus the machine can break the plough pan,improve soil breathe freely and permeable performance,improve soil against natural disasters ability.The machine is able to complete an assignment on the ridge stubble ploughing,deep loosening,rotary tillage,ridging,suppress and so on many operations,apply the surface status to broadcast to sow state.Through the field experiment shows that：The conservation effect of 1ZML-210 deep loosening combined tilling machine is better than no deep loosening device.
