摘要
基于煤与矸石表面灰度和纹理等特性差异,通过对煤与矸石的图像进行滤波和灰度转换等处理,获得煤与矸石的灰度直方图。直方图反映出的图像灰度值及出现此灰度值的频数的关系表明:煤图像的灰度值较小,灰度直方图的图形区域相对较窄,而矸石图像的灰度值较高,灰度直方图的图形区域较宽。根据这一差异可以实现煤和矸石的自动识别,克服现有分选技术中人工选矸劳动强度大,环境恶劣的缺点,极大地减少进入后续煤炭分选的矸石量,为发明一种全新的煤与矸石的分选技术奠定理论基础。
Based on the different surface characteristics of the coal and gangue on the gray scale and texture,their density histograms are obtained by the images filtration and grayscale conversion processing.According to the relationship between the gray values of the images and the emergence frequency,which are reflected through the density histograms,it indicates that gray value of coal image is small,and the density histogram of the graphics area is relatively narrow.However,the gray value of the gangue image is high,and the density histogram of the graphics area is relatively wide.Therefore,the automatic identification of the coal and gangue can be achieved based on the differences.The disadvantages of high labor intensity and severe environment can be overcome in coal separation.Thereby,the amount of gangue can be reduced effectively before the following separation.It also provides the theoretical basis for coal and gangue classification.
