摘要
目的:了解欠发达地区育龄妇女梅毒感染情况及影响因素,为制定控制梅毒的预防措施提供科学依据。方法:于2010年11月21日～12月5日对欠发达地区6市12个县的妇幼保健医院就诊的育龄妇女采用统一设计的调查问卷,由经过培训的专业人员对调查对象进行逐项询问,内容包括一般情况、性病相关知识、行为因素等,同时进行生殖器健康体检,并抽取静脉血5 ml进行梅毒抗体检测。结果:600例育龄妇女中,梅毒感染率是2.67%,性病相关知识的知晓率为32.3%。年龄>25岁(OR=4.545,95%CI:1.543～13.387,P=0.006),壮族或其他民族(OR=2.962,95%CI:1.025～8.564,P=0.045)均是育龄妇女感染梅毒的危险因素。结论:欠发达地区育龄妇女梅毒感染情况较为严峻,有必要采取有效的措施控制梅毒的流行。
Objective：To understand the prevalence and effect factors of syphilis among the women of childbearing age in undeveloped region,provide a scientific basis for making controlling and preventive measures of syphilis.Methods：The women of childbearing age who hospitalized in the maternal and child health hospitals of 12 counties,6 cities in undeveloped region from November 21th to December 5th in 2010 were surveyed by a uniform questionnaire,then they were inquired term by term by staff after training,the contents included general conditions,STD related knowledge,behavioral factors,and so on;meanwhile,physical examination of reproductive organs was conducted,venous blood samples（5 ml） were obtained for syphilis antibody test.Results：Among 600 women of childbearing age,the infection rate of syphilis was 2.67%,the awareness rate of STD related knowledge was 32.3%.The risk factors of syphilis among the women of childbearing age included more than 25 years（OR=4.545,95%CI： 1.543~13.387,P=0.006） and Zhuang nationality or other nationalities（OR=2.962,95%CI： 1.025~8.564,P=0.045）.Conclusion：The prevalence of syphilis among women of childbearing age in undeveloped region is serious,effective measures must be taken to control the spread of syphilis.
