摘要 井口回接连接器是顶部张紧立管的重要组成部分,对维持垂直通道的完整性有重要作用。介绍了细长型井口回接连接器的结构、工作原理、主要技术参数和原理样机的制造;计算了锁紧力和关键部件的强度。设计的细长型井口回接连接器用于连接顶部张紧立管和水下井口,具有尺寸小、安装方便、操作安全可靠等优点,适用于多种浮式平台,尤其是SPAR平台。 Wellhead connector is an important part of a top tensioned riser and plays a very important role in maintaining the integrity of the vertical access.In this paper,the general design and main components of the slim wellhead connector are provided;the working principle and technical parameters of the connector are introduced;the development of prototype is presented;the primary analysis and calculation are made;and the characteristics of the connector are discussed.The slim wellhead tieback connector provided is used for connecting a top tensioned riser and a subsea wellhead.The connector provided,which has many advantages like small size,convenient installation and reliable operation and so on,can be used for TTRs on several kinds of platforms,especially the SPAR platform.
