摘要
水下采油树油管悬挂器是水下生产系统的关键设备,其密封性能关系到深水石油开发的成败。介绍了国外ABB Vetco Gray公司、Cameron公司、Dril-Quip公司和FMC公司的水下油管悬挂器密封技术,阐述了密封作用的原理,并对国外公司不同类型密封圈的性能进行了对比。同时分析了水下油管悬挂器密封的关键技术,总结了高温、高压、强腐蚀环境下油管悬挂器密封的发展趋势,最后指出金属与非金属组合的密封形式是当前水下油管悬挂器密封设计的主流,PTFE和PEEK等密封材料的发展将大大增强悬挂器的密封性能,其他新材料的出现也必将提高悬挂器密封的可靠性。
Subsea christmas tree tubing hanger is a key component of subsea production system. Its seal per- formance may decide the success of deepwater oil development. This paper introduces the sealing technologies of ABB Vetco Gray, Cameron, Dril-Quip, FMC, elaborates their sealing principles, and compares the performance of different types of seals of foreign companies. Key sealing technologies are analyzed, and the seal performance of tubing hanger under high temperature, high pressure and highly corrosive environments is prospected. Finally, it is pointed out that a combination of metal and nonmetal seal is the mainstream of current subsea tubing hanger de- sign. The sealing materials such as PTFE and PEEK will greatly enhance the seal performance of the hanger. Other new materials will also improve the seal reliability.
