摘要
目的探索职业卫生培训的新模式。方法建立企业职业卫生培训师模式,并选取深圳市宝安区30家企业试运行1 a。结果 27家企业实施"企业职业卫生培训师模式",一年共培训23 503人次,培训率达96.7%。实施该模式后与实施前比较,职业病防治知识知晓率(χ2=1 431.1,P<0.01)、个人防护用品自觉佩戴率(χ2=1 717.287,P<0.01)、健康监护档案建档率(χ2=5.909,P<0.05)、建立危害因素监测及评价制度率(χ2=8.533,P<0.01)、防护设施完善率(χ2=6.857,P<0.01)等指标均有了明显提高,差异均有统计学意义;企业的整体量化评分均有明显提高。结论企业职业卫生培训师模式能有效提高职业卫生培训覆盖率,推动企业的职业病防控工作。
[Objective]To explore a new model of occupational health training. [Methods]The enterprise occupational health trainer model was established,and experimentally ran in 30 enterprises collected from Baoan district of Shenzhen city for one year. [Results]The enterprise occupational health trainer model was implemented in 27 enterprises for one year,and 23 503 people were trained with the training rate of 96.7%.The awareness rate of knowledge about occupational disease prevention(χ2=1 431.1,P0.01),the conscious wearing rate of individual protective articles(χ2=1 717.287,P0.01),the archives-establishing rate of health supervision file(χ2=5.909,P0.05),the establishment rate of hazard factors monitoring and evaluation(χ2=8.533,P0.01) and the improvement rate of protective facilities(χ2=6.857,P0.01) after implementation of the model improved significantly as compared with those before implementation.The overall quantitative scores of enterprises increased significantly. [Conclusion]The enterprise occupational health trainer model can effectively improve the coverage of occupational health training,and promote the prevention and control of occupational diseases in enterprises.
