人参细粉对大鼠血清电解质的影响

摘要 目的观察饲喂人参细粉能否对大鼠血清电解质产生影响。方法 240只大鼠按体重随机分为对照组及人参细粉高剂量组(8.0 g/kg)、中剂量组(6.5 g/kg)、低剂量组(5.0 g/kg),每组雌雄各30只。分别于实验第45、90、180天下腔静脉采血,进行血清电解质指标检测。结果与对照组比较,饲喂不同时间人参细粉对大鼠血清电解质Na+、K+、Cl-无显著区别(P>0.05)。随着喂养大鼠人参细粉的时间延长,对照组和高、中、低剂量组的Na+浓度逐渐升高,喂养第45天与第180天的大鼠血清Na+浓度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长期食用人参细粉对正常大鼠机体电解质不产生明显影响。可以作为毒理学安全评价的辅助指标之一。 Objective To investigate the panax ginseng powder on the serum electrolyte in the rats.Methods 240 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,and each group consisted of 10 males and 10 females.The group 2-4 received growth panax ginseng at a serial dose of 8.0,6.5,5.0 g/kg for 180 days,control group received normal feed.The serum electrolyte were measured by the inferior vena cava blood of the rats in the 45th,90th and 180th days.Results Compared with the control group,the panax ginseng powder on serum electrolytes Na+,K+,Cl-was no significant difference(P>0.05).Rats fed ginseng powder as the time,Na+ concentration gradually increased in the control group and the high,medium and low-dose groups,Na+ concentrations in the serum were significantly different on the 45th day and the 180th day(P<0.05).Conclusion Long-term consumption of ginseng powder is no marked change on the serum electrolyte in normal rats,the serum electrolyte can be used as toxicological safety evaluation supporting indicators.
