摘要 目的:利用语义逻辑的优点,构建基于本体的可推理临床路径知识库,进一步优化临床路径电子化,智能化实现患者的个性化诊疗。方法:首先结合临床路径的数据源,研究临床路径的知识表达,然后采用Protege小体编辑工具进行本体构建,再利用SWRL规则语言编写相关规则,最后进行实验性推理实现。结论:临床路径知识库建设是临床路径电子化应用的核心,通过构建临床路径知识库可以提高患者的诊疗质量和临床数据的利用率。 Objective: Make use of the advantages of semantic logic to build ontology-based clinical knowledge base which can help to optimize electronic clinical pathway and realize individual diagnosis and treat through reasoning. Method: Study the knowledge representation of clinical pathway according to its data source. Build the clinical pathway ontology using Prot e g e ontology tool and write relevant rules using SWRL rule language. Finally we made a experimental realization of reasoning. Conclusion: The construction of knowledge base is the core for the application of electronic clinical pathway and can improve the qualiw of clinical treatment and extend the use ratio ofclinic'al data.
