摘要
采用中等尺寸多层建筑燃烧试验(NFPA 285—2006)和高层楼房大型实体火灾试验等新方法,取代传统的小型难燃级试验(GB/T 8625—2005)和中型SBI单体燃烧试验(GB/T 20284—2006)等方法,研究了无卤高阻燃填充芯料选作防火铝塑复合板芯材取代普通不阻燃聚乙烯芯材的防火特性差异,并从试验结果参数对其燃烧性能的影响进行了评价分析,因而对防火铝塑板在高层建筑幕墙装饰上的材料选用有一定的指导意义。
This paper used some new methods, i.e. the ignition test method of intermediate-scale, muhistory building ( NFPA 285--2006) and the virtual test of the large-scale fires of high-rise buildings, to replace the traditional tests, such as the small-scale test for incombustibility (GB/T 8625--2005 ) and the single burning item test SBI medium-scale ( GB/T 20284--2006) ; researched the difference of fireproof per- formance of replacing normal non flame-retardant PE with halogen-free high performance flame retardant filled material as the core material for fireproof APCP; made the evaluation and analysis on the influence to its com- bustion performance based on the parameters of the test results. Therefore, this paper had the guiding signifi- cance for the Fireproof APCP using as the high rise building curtain wall decoration materials selection.
