摘要
为研究幕墙用铝塑复合板开槽折边系统在风荷载作用下角部强度的问题,试制了铝塑复合板角部强度性能测试仪,对3种不同合金牌号的铝塑复合板进行了角部强度性能试验研究。试验结果表明:随着循环压力频率或压力振幅的增加,铝塑复合板折边系统角部强度急剧下降,且铝材牌号对铝塑复合板折边系统角部强度有着较为明显的影响,5005镁铝系列铝塑板折边系统的角部强度要优于3003锰铝系列的铝塑板,3003锰铝系列的铝塑板优于1100纯铝系列的铝塑板。本文的试验结果可为铝塑复合板幕墙规程的制定和工程设计提供一定的参考。
In order to studying the corner strength performance of the rout & return system of Aluminum-Plastic Composite Panel (APP) for curtain walls under the wind loading, a testing instrument was made to test the corner strength performance under cyclic pressure, and the experiment was carried on for three kinds of APP made by different aluminum alloys. The results indicate that with the increasing of cyclic pressure frequency and amplitude, the corner strength performance of APP debases sharply. And the trade-mark series of pure aluminum or aluminum alloy observably affect the corner strength of APP, among 1100 pure aluminum, 3003 aluminum alloy and 5005 aluminum alloy, the value of the corner strength performance increases in turn. The experimental results could provide reference for establishing codes or specifications of aluminum-plastic composite panel curtain walls and engineering design.
