摘要
目的:建立续断药材中常春藤皂苷元的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为phenomenex-C18柱(4.6mm×25cm,5μm);流动相为乙腈:水:甲酸(64∶36∶0.1);流速为1mL.min-1;柱温30℃;检测波长为212nm。结果:常春藤皂苷元的线性范围为31.25~1000μg/mL,平均加样回收率为100.13%,RSD小于2%。结论:该方法准确,专属性高,可为续断药材的综合开发利用提供参考。
Objective:To develop a determination method for the hederagenin in Dipsacus asperoids.Methods: Hederagenin was determined by HPLC method.The separation was performed on a phenomenex C18 column(4.6mm×25cm,5μm) with mobile phase of ACN-water-formic(64∶36∶0.1).The flow rate was 1mL·min-1.The column temperature was at 30℃.The detection wavelength was 212nm.Result: The linear range of hederagenin was 31.25-1000μg.The average recovery was 100.13%,and the RSD was less than 2%.Conclusion:The method is accurate and specific,which is useful for the integrative exploitation of Dipsacus asperoids.
