摘要
对国电荥阳电厂600MW"W"火焰锅炉蒸汽吹灰系统进行了介绍。在吹灰前后测量记录了炉膛温度和各运行参数,对比分析得出炉膛吹灰可有效降低炉膛温度水平、降低排烟温度,减少汽温偏差。提出合理选择吹灰周期可减少管壁吹损、提高机组运行经济性,并对吹灰过程中出现的问题进行了总结。
This article introduced the steam soot blower system of GuoDian XingYang W flame power plant.Measured the furnace temperature and the operating parameters before and after soot-blowing. Analysis that the soot-blowing can effectively reduce the furnace temperature,exhaust gas temperature and steam temperature deviation.Present that a reasonable choice of soot-blower period can reduce the tube damage,improve power generation efficience.Then summarized the problems appeard in the process of soot-blowing.
