摘要
锅炉的蒸汽吹灰是保持受热面清洁及较高锅炉效率的有效手段。由于沙角A电厂670t/h锅炉蒸汽吹灰汽源存在设计问题,使蒸汽吹灰器无法达到预期效果,反而产生负面影响,如损坏水冷壁管、空气预热器受热面积灰、通风阻力增大等等,影响锅炉及附属设备的安全、经济运行。为此,就锅炉原设计的蒸汽吹灰汽源存在的问题进行分析,并提出改进方法,实施后使锅炉蒸汽吹灰达到预期效果。
The boiler steamsootblowing is an effective way to keep the heatabsorbing surface clean and higher boiler efficiency.Owing to some problems in the design of the sootblowingsteam source on 670 t/h boilers in Shajiao A Power Plant,the sootblowing cant achieve anticipative effect.Instead,there are some negative influences on the boilers,for instance,water wall tube deterioration,ash deposition on air heater surface,ventilation resistance increase,and so on.This endangers the safe,economic operation of the boilers and appendages.The article analyzes the design problems of the sootblowingsteam source,and points out the solution.The steamsootblowing has achieved anticipative effect after alteration.
