石家庄炼化第2套气体分馏装置流程模拟与优化 被引量:3

摘要 以石家庄炼化第2套280kt/a气体分馏装置为研究对象。通过Aspen plus流程模拟软件,对该装置精馏过程进行计算机模拟,在建模基础上,利用模型,分析精馏塔压力、回流比、热负荷等性能参数间的关系,在保证产品质量合格前提下,以降低装置能耗,提高装置效益为最大优化目标,对丙烷塔、乙烷塔、丙烯塔进行灵敏度分析。装置优化调整如下:精馏塔尽量采用低压操作,尤其在冬季,当精馏塔顶冷却能力足够时,采取降压操作对于气体分馏装置节能非常有利;脱丙烷塔回流比降至2.3,即可满足生产需要;日常操作中,脱乙烷塔操作压力提至2700kPa以上,冷却器循环水全开,使冷后温度保持在最低,可以降低不凝气中的丙烯含量。通过优化调整,气体分馏装置减少丙烯损失0.00646t/h,减少再沸器热负荷1685MJ/h,装置能耗下降3.71kg标油/t,全年可实现降本增效120.3万元。 This article uses Sinopec Shijiazhuang Refining and Chemical Company′s second 280kt/a gas fractionation unit as the object of research.With the help of the Aspen Plus process simulation software,technicians simulated the rectification process of the unit.Based on modeling and the model,they analyzed the relationships between various performance parameters of the rectifying column such as pressure,reflux ratio and heat load and carried out a sensitivity analysis for the propane column,the ethane column and the propylene column with the aim of reducing the unit′s energy consumption and raising its efficiency while ensuring product quality.Measures taken to optimize the parameters of the unit include:using low-pressure controls,if possible,for the rectifying column,and particularly in winter,when there is enough cooling capacity at the top of the rectifying column,reducing pressure is instrumental in saving energy for the gas fractionation unit;production requirements can be met when the reflux ratio of the depropanizer is reduced to only 2.3;in actual production,if the operating pressure of the dethanizer is raised to above 2,700kPa and the circulating water supply for the cooler is fully opened to maintain the cooled temperature at the lowest level,the content of propylene in non-condensable gas can be reduced.Through the optimization,propylene loss of the gas fractionation unit dropped by 0.00646t/h,the heat load on the reboiler dropped by 1,685MJ/h,the unit′s energy consumption dropped by 3.71kg of oil equivalent per ton,and annual economic benefits from the optimization reach 1.203 million yuan.
