摘要
利用Aspen Plus软件建立了副产CO2的低温甲醇洗工艺模型,该模型的模拟结果与设计数据能较好吻合。经工况分析,循环甲醇量、洗涤塔上段富甲醇分配比以及CO2产品塔和浓缩塔甲醇分配对工艺产生重要影响,当配比分别0.479和0.680时,甲醇消耗量为最优。
The model of Rectisol is established with ASPEN PLUS. The simulation results are agreeable with designed data. Based on the model above,the influence of the amount of circulated methanol,ratio of rich methanol in washing tower and ratio between CO2tower and condensation tower are analyzed. When the ratios are 0. 479 and 0. 68, the amount of circulated methanol is minimized.
