摘要
分析了当前高职学生就业指导工作中面临的一些问题,提出在就业指导中通过多种渠道、多种方式开展中华传统文化的教育,充分发挥文化的导向作用,以社会主义核心价值引领高职教育,培养学生的爱国主义精神和诚实守信的优良品质,提高他们的就业竞争力。
This paper analyses the current problems in employment guidance work of higher vocational colleges and puts forward that traditional Chinese culture education should be conducted in employment guidance and make full use of the orientation of cultures. We should use the core value system of socialism to guide students and foster their patriotic spirit and fine quality of honesty in order to improve their employment competitiveness.
