摘要
通过分析目前水泥球磨机衬板用耐磨材料,研制了一种新的高铬铸钢耐磨材料.阐述了此材料的设计、熔炼、铸造和热处理工艺.试验证明,所研制的材料耐磨性好,性价比高,适合制造水泥球磨机衬板.
Through the analysis of current lining board of cement mill with wear-resisting materials, a new high chromium cast steel is designed. Experiments prove the lining board with a high wear ability, suitable for manufacturing cement mill liners;
