摘要
根据球磨机衬板材质的要求,进行中铬合金钢的研制。采用多元合金化的成分设计方法,通过适当提高C、Cr含量,优选多元合金元素的加入量,增加钢组织中碳化物量,获得点球状或短杆状碳化物形状。再经过降温淬火和利用铸造余热等温淬火对比试验,优选钢的热处理工艺参数,提高钢的冲击韧性。该钢金相的组织为马氏体+贝氏体+残余奥氏体+碳化物,具有高硬度、高韧性、高强度的特点,可用作湿式或干式球磨机衬板。
Based on requirement for the material of ball mill liner board, developed medium Cr alloyed steel, adopt the composition design method of plural alloy, through raising C.Cr content properly, optimum sought the joining amount of the plural alloying element, increaseed the carbide amount of the steel organism, get a spherical or short pole form carbide form . and made the test to compare with the lower temperature quench and the utilizes casting remaining heat marquench, optimum sought the heat treatment craft parameter of the steel, increaseed the impact toughness of the steel. The microstrueture of this steel is Martensite + Bainite+Austenite + Carbide.The steel has high hardness.high toughness, high strength, can be used as the wet type or doing Woe ball mill liner board.
