摘要 某天然气净化厂需设置一套供热系统,为工艺装置及冬季采暖提供热负荷。根据热用户对用热参数的要求,可采用蒸汽锅炉供热系统或导热油加热炉供热系统。从投资、运行、管理及维护等方面对两种供热系统进行方案比较。导热油加热炉供热系统具有以下优点:运行和维护费用低、不消耗水资源、可露天布置、导热油倾点低,适合当地严寒气象条件。推荐选用导热油加热炉供热方案,并详细阐述了导热油加热炉供热方案。 In order to provide heat load both for winter heating and process devices,a natural gas purification plant needs to establish a heating system.According to the demand of user side,a steam-boiler heating system or a heat-conducting oil heating system can be employed for the plant. From investment,operation,management and maintenance,a scheme comparison between two heating systems was carried out in this paper.The heat-conduction oil heating system has the advantages of low operation and maintenance costs.It does not need water and can be installed outdoors.The heat conducting oil has a low pour point and is suitable for the local cold weather conditions.The heat-conducting oil heating system was thus recommended for the plant,and the heating scheme was presented in detail.
