摘要
通过ANSYS软件对机床主轴系统进行热分析,对比了有、无接触热阻边界条件对分析结果的影响。结果表明,接触热阻对机床主轴系统热分析的影响很大,在机床主轴系统热分析时不能忽略。
Represents the comparison between the thermal contact resistance boundary conditions and non-thermal contact resistance boundary conditions by ANSYS software for the thermal analysis of machine tool spindle system. The results indicated that the thermal contact resistance has a great influence on thermal analysis of the spindle system. Consequently, this influence can not be ignored when doing thermal analysis of the spindle system.
