摘要
目的比较穿心莲内酯、大黄素、盐酸小檗碱等对表皮葡萄球菌生物膜的渗透性,为中药治疗表皮葡萄球菌引起的相关感染提供相关研究的依据。方法在体外建立SE-BF(表皮葡萄球菌生物膜模型)和PB(生物膜渗透模型),观察穿心莲内酯、大黄素、盐酸小檗碱等中药有效成分对PB的渗透率。结果大黄素、穿心莲内酯36 h渗透率分别达到88.00%、82.89%,而盐酸小檗碱渗透率在几种药物中相对较差。结论中药有效成分对表皮葡萄球菌生物膜有较强的渗透性。
Objective To compare the permeability of andrographolide, emodin and berberine through Staphylococcus epidermidis biofilms, and provide a basis for treating infections caused by S. epidermidis. Method In vitro models of S. epidermidis biofilm (SE-BF) and penetration of biofilm (PB) were established, and the penetrating ratios of andrographolide, emodin and berberine were analyzed. Result The penetrating ratios of andrographolide and emodin for 36 h were 82.89% and 88.00%, respectively, while that of berberine was lower than the other two. Conclusion These active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine have a strong S. epidermidis biofilm permeability.
