摘要
以脲醛树脂为壁材,采用原位聚合法制备2,4-D微胶囊悬浮剂。在固定合成脲醛树脂反应条件的基础上,通过改变成囊过程中囊心与囊壁比、固化剂种类及用量、搅拌速度、固化时间、固化温度、加酸时间、终点pH等的不同,进一步研究上述不同条件对微胶囊粒径大小、粒径分布范围、微胶囊包囊率的影响,从而筛选最优的成囊反应条件。实验结果显示该微胶囊能够满足实际需要。
The urea-formaldehyde resin as the material of wall,using the insitu polymerization method,2,4-d microcapsule suspension formulation was prepared.On the basis of fixed reaction conditions for the synthesis of urea-formaldehyde,through changes of the different of the core than cyst wall into capsule process,the varieties and dosage of curing agent,the stirring speed,the curing time,the curing temperature,the time of acid added,the end pH and so on,the different conditions of the above on the affect of the size of microcapsule,the distribution range of the grain size,the cyst rate of microcapsules were studied to screen the best reaction conditions of microcapsules.The test results showed that the application of microcapsules can meet the needs of practical.
