摘要
目的建立一种能客观评价蒲薏颗粒提取工艺的方法。方法采用L9(34)正交设计试验,以大黄素、多糖类、咖啡酸等指标成分的动态变化为评价指标,对各工艺参数进行优化,筛选最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺:将处方中的薏苡仁和何首乌,加8倍量80%乙醇回流提取2次,每次1 h,滤过,药渣再与蒲公英、灵芝加10倍量水煎煮3次,每次1 h,滤过,合并滤液。结论该方法准确可靠,能客观评价蒲薏颗粒提取工艺。
OBJECTIVE To establish a objective evaluation method on extraction process of Puyi granules. METHODS Orthogonal experiment was designed with the dynamic change of emodin, polysaccharide and caffeic acid as evaluation index to screen the best extraction process. RESULTS The best extraction conditions were as follows: Coix lacryma-jobi and Polygonum multiflorurn in the prescription were smashed into coarse and mixed with 8 times of 80% ethanol to reflux for 2 times, one hours for each time. Then dregs were mixed Taraxacum mongolicum and Ganoderma lucidurn in the prescription using 10 times of water to decoct 3 times, one hours for each time. CONCLUSION This method is accurate and reliable to evaluate the extraction process of Puyi for granules.
