摘要
本文研究了紫外线对枯草杆菌BF-7658原生质体的诱变作用。结果表明,其原生质体较菌体细胞对紫外线更为敏感,经诱变后的原生质体再生菌株α—淀粉酶产量低于出发菌株10(%)以上的为31(%),高于10(%)以上的为20(%),从中筛选出一株较出发菌株产酶高30(%)的PU10-3菌株。
In this paper, the mutagensis of UV to the protoplast of Bacillus subtilis BF-7658 is studied. The protoplast is found to be more sensitive to UV than the cell. Among strains regenerated from protoplast mutants, ones whose α-amylase yield is less tnan 90% of the original one's are 31% and others whose α-amylase yield is more than 110% of that are 20%. A strain PU 10-3 has been obtained from them, whose α-amylase yield increases by 30% as compared with the original one's.
