摘要
介绍近几年来螺旋藻诱变育种的研究进展。从物理诱变、化学诱变、原生质体诱变3个方面论述它们在螺旋藻育种中的应用。其中以采用物理和化学诱变剂的人工诱变方法最广泛,它们对藻丝形态、生长速度、最适生长温度、生化组成、产量等产生影响,具有明显的诱变正效应。原生质体诱变育种有待进一步深入研究。
The applied study of physical mutagenesis, chemical mutagenesis and protoplast mutagenesis were discussed on Spirulina breeding. Among them the physical and chemical mutation breeding was widely used. They influenced the morphological features, grow speed, optimum growth temperature, biochemical composition and production. In most case, these effects were better. The protoplast mutagenesis on Spirulina needed to be researched further.
