当代大学教师责任心的培养与提升——从责任心内在心理逻辑过程视角剖析 被引量:4

摘要 在日益变化发展的历史背景下研究如何培养与提升大学教师的责任心问题,无论对于大学教师自身的发展,还是对于整个大学教育水平的提高,抑或是对于整个社会的发展,都有着至关重要的意义。首先从责任心概念界定的基础出发,进而用历史和现实融合的视角对"师者"责任心的嬗变过程做一分析,指出当今时代大学教师所面临的新挑战,最后从责任心内在责任心理逻辑过程——责任认知、责任情感、责任行为三者关系入手,来剖析培养与提升当代大学教师责任心的现实路径。 The cultivation and promotion of contemporary university teachers' responsibility plays an important role in boosting their professional development,the entire university education as well as social development.Firstly,based on the definition of the teachers' responsibility,this paper analyzes the changing process of teachers' sense of responsibility from the perspective of history and present.Then,the paper locates new challenges for contemporary university teachers.In the end,based on the inherent logic process of responsibility——the cognition,emotion and the act of responsibility,the paper offers the available ways to cultivate and promote contemporary university teachers' sense of responsibility.
