摘要
山地烤烟的特点表现为农事操作时限性强、灵活性大、难度大,种植经营投工收益比例高、土地收益比例低,一点多户种植与单户多点种烟并存,种植主体年龄偏高、文化程度较低。山地现代烟草农业建设中存在的问题主要是投工收益比例高、土地收益比例低、交通条件差影响适度规模化进程,关键环节集中用工造成烟农愿意入合作社不愿意加入专业队,土地租赁价格影响空闲土地的流转方向。山地烟区建设现代烟草农业应采取优化区域,调整布局;依靠科技,提高效益;加强管理,注重实效;稳定品质,打造品牌的策略。
The farming operation of mountain tobacco is characterized by strong timeliness, fiexibility, and difficulty; high proportion of growing and management investment and high ratio of labor inputs, and low percentage of land revenue; multi-family households with single species and single-family households with multi-species coexist, etc. The existing problems in the construction of modern tobacco agriculture in mountain areas include high inputs ratio, low percentage of land revenue, poor tragic conditions, centralized labor inputs, and land lease prices. Through comprehensive analysis, it proposed the following strategy of building modem tobacco agriculture in mountain areas： optimizing tobacco farming area to adjust the layout, relying on technology to improve efficiency, strengthening management and timeliness, and stabilizing quality and brand.
