抗硫化氢腐蚀QPQ工艺探讨

摘要 通过抗硫化氢恒负荷拉伸试验,分析探讨了高温QPQ处理的25CrMnMo钢试样在饱和硫化氢溶液中的腐蚀机理。通过对常规QPQ处理与高温QPQ处理的腐蚀现象对比可知,在饱和硫化氢溶液环境下,QPQ处理试样阳极铁溶解导致的腐蚀是化合物层中析出了γ'-Fe4N的结果。并对抗硫化氢腐蚀QPQ工艺进行了初步探讨。 By constant stress tensile test, the mechanism of corrossion at high temperature QPQ treated 25CrMnMo steel specimens in H2S environment was analyzed and discussed. Through comparison the corrosion phenomena of regular and high temperature QPQ treated specimens, the y'-Fe,N is precipitated from the 8-Fe2.3N compound layer and becomes corrosion substance in saturated H2S solution. And the QPQ techniques are also discussed.
