摘要
为了提高电站阀门的使用性能,对比了抗蚀氮化膜、盐浴复合处理膜以及化学镍磷镀膜在室温下10%CuSO4中的耐腐蚀性能和480℃、570℃的抗氧化性能。结果表明:盐浴复合处理膜有优良的室温抗蚀性,化学磷镍镀膜的480℃、570℃的抗氧化性能最好。
In order to improve the properties of valves used in power stations, the corrosion resistance at room temperature and oxidation resistance at 480℃ and 570℃ of films prepared by nitrogen treatment, Quench-Polish-Quench(QPQ) technology and chemical Ni-P plating respectively were studied. The film obtained by Quench-Polish-Quench technology had high corrosion resistance at room temperature and that by chemical Ni-P plating had the best oxidation resistance at 480℃ and 570℃.
