摘要
基于单位体积元的细观力学有限元法预测了孔隙率对漂珠增强铝基复合材料细观力学行为的影响。研究表明,漂珠增强铝基复合材料中孔隙的存在会降低材料的力学性能,而且随着孔隙率的增加,其弹性模量逐渐降低,塑性行为逐渐提前,屈服强度逐渐降低。另外,孔径越大,该复合材料的力学性能越差。
The influence of porosity on the micro-mechanic behavior of aluminum-cenospheres composite was investigated by the micro-mechanic finite element simulations on the base of unit volume element. The results show that with the increase of the porosity, the mechanical properties of aluminum-cenospheres composites decrease, the elastic modulus decreases, the elongation decreases. The mechanical properties of aluminum-cenospheres composites decrease with increasing the inside diameter.
