摘要
研究安乃近片崩解时限的近红外快速分析方法。以崩解时限测定仪法分析值为参照,采用近红外透反射光谱技术采集光谱,对光谱进行波长选择和预处理,采用偏最小二乘回归建立校正模型,并使用建立好的PLSR定性模型对药物崩解进行快速检测。模型性能良好,安乃近的相关系数为0.9901,RMSECV值为0.0227。近红外透反射光谱技术可有效采集安乃近的NIR光谱。该方法具有可靠、方便、快速的优点,能有效的测定固体药物安乃近的体外崩解时限。
To establish a rapid analysis method of the disintegeration time of metamizole sodium tablets.Near-infrared(NIR) transflectance spectroscopy was first used to collect NIR spectra of the dripping solution,the partial least square regression(PLSR) calibration models were built after wavelength selection and applied to on-line determine the contents of disintegeration time ingredients in the of metamizole sodium tablets.The PLSR calibration models of NIR spectral have high correlation coefficients(R) and low root mean square error of prediction(RMSECV) r=0.9901,RMSEC=0.0227.The proposed method was successfully used in on-line monitoring the blending process of dripping solution.This method is reliable,accurate and quick for the quality control of Metamizole Sodium tablet′s disintegeration time.
