摘要
【目的】探索EgM家族重组蛋白(EgM 123)与弗氏佐剂结合免疫犬后血清抗体变化规律。【方法】利用间接ELISA法检测免疫组与对照组血清特异性抗体(IgG)的变化规律,并以Western-blotting方法进行验证。【结果】ELISA实验结果经统计学方法分析显示,不中和免疫组与对照组血清抗体时,特异性抗体IgG差异不显著(P>0.05),但中和血清抗体时,差异显著(P<0.05)。【结论】中和血清抗体,能够更明显的看到EgM家族重组蛋白(EgM 123)引起的犬特异性免疫应答。
[Objective] To test the antibodies of the dogs induced by the recombinant EgM family protein (EgM123)]) with the Iscom as an adjuvant. [Methods]Western blot assay was used to determine the specificity of antiserum and ELISA was detected the variation of antiserum antibody. [Resuh]through statistically analysis,ELISA results show that serum antibody the immune group and, control group without GST protein,the specific IgG antibodies was not significant (P〉0.05), but the neutralizing antibody with GST protein, the difference was significant (P 〈0.05). [Conclusion ] Neutralizing serum antibodies with GST protein, can more clearly show that the EgM recombinant protein family (EgM 123) induced specific immune response in dogs.
