摘要
通过对石英砂滤料的改性研究改变原滤料表面物理化学性质,提高滤料吸附能力和截污能力,强化对中水中有机物的去除效率。分别试验了对石英砂进行铝盐和铁盐方法的改性,过对比了静态吸附试验和动态过滤试验改性石英砂和未改性石英砂对微污染水中有机物和浊度的去除效果。结果表明,改性砂对COD和浊度的吸附效果较之未改性前均有明显提高,COD去除率由5%提高到20%~30%,浊度的去除率由37%提高到55%~65%,动态试验与静态试验结果一致,去除率也均有提高;不同金属氧化物的改性砂性能不同。
In thermal power plants, reclaimed water reused as make-up water was a main measure to solve the problems of shortage of water resources, the organic in the reclaimed water was the major pollution composition of the membrane in the deep-treating process. Through the study of modification of quartz sand filter, changes the surface of the original physical and chemical properties and improves the media adsorptivity of certain substances and enhanced the filter media interception capability. Quartz sand were modified with aluminum and iron salts, through the static and dynamic filtration test assay, the result was compared between modified and unmodified quartz sand on removal of organic matter and turbidity. The experimental results showed that the modified sand removal of COD and turbidity was better than the unmodified, the removal rate of COD was increased from 5% to 20%-30% and for turbidity the removal rate was increased from 37% to 55%-65%, the result of the dynamic test and static test were consistent, the removal rate increased in both. And different metal oxide modified by the performance of sand is different.
