硫酸体系中软锰矿氧化浸出铅精矿试验研究

摘要 根据软锰矿、铅精矿氧化还原上的互补性进行同槽浸出实验,讨论了反应温度、浸出时间、硫酸浓度、固液比、矿粒大小对浸出影响因素,本论文重点讨论了浸出体系硫酸铅的分离及对其分离影响因素。通过多次实验及分析得出了硫酸体系中两矿同时浸出的实验条件,为进一步研究软锰矿、铅精矿两矿浸出工艺打下了实验基础。 Utilizing the complement of the redox of lead concentrate and manganese ore,lead concentrate and manganese ore were leached in the sulfuric acid system.And the influence of reaction temperature,leaching time,sulfuric acid concentrate,ratio of solid to liquid,mineral size on the leaching efficiency was analyzed.The separation method of lead sulfate was discussed as well as influencing factors of the separation process;Simultaneous leaching conditions in the sulfuric acid system were gained through many experiments,which can lay the foundation for further research of the leaching process.
