摘要
目的通过对高血压病患者生活质量的测评,分析其影响因素,提出健康教育干预措施。方法调查高血压病病人一般情况、生活质量,权重高血压病病人疾病维度、生理维度、社会维度、心理维度、满意度维度,采用SPSS 11.5建立数据库并对资料进行数据整理分析。结果年龄、婚姻、教育程度、病程、血压控制水平、治疗方式、并发症等因素在各维度及生活质量总评分的差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),是影响高血压病患者各维度评分及生活质量总评分的主要因素。结论针对相关因素的健康教育可以提高高血压病患者的生活质量。
Objective The study is to analyze the factors affecting the life quality of patients with hypertension through appraising the life quality of patients with hypertension and puts forward intervention measures of nursing health education.Methods Investigated the general health state,quality of life and made assessment on disease dimension,physiology dimension,social dimension,psychological dimension and satisfaction dimension respectively of patients with hypertension,using the SPSS11.5 system to build database as well as arranging and analyzing the data collected.Results Factors including age,marriage,education,course of disease,controlled level of the blood pressure,treatment,complications and so on play an important role and have statistical meanings in assessing differences about all dimensions mentioned above and the quality of life（P0.05）.Conclusion Useing health education relevanted these factors can vaise the life quality of patients with hypertension.
