摘要
目的对高血压患者采用半夏白术天麻汤联合西药进行治疗,查看其治疗效果,并分析治疗后患者肾功能和炎症因子水平的变化情况。方法选择2015年3月—2017年3月期间在我院接受治疗的64例高血压患者参与研究,随机将患者分为2组,对照组32例,观察组32例。对照组患者仅采用西药进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上加入半夏白术天麻汤进行治疗,对比2组患者的治疗效果,同时查看患者的肾功能水平和炎症因子水平。结果经过治疗对比,观察组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者的肾功能指标在治疗后明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05),观察组患者的炎症因子水平也明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对高血压患者采用半夏白术天麻汤联合西药进行治疗,有利于降低患者的血压,平稳患者心率,同时还能对患者的肾功能起到有效的改善作用,并且使患者的炎症因子水平有效降低,使患者的炎症反应情况得到有效缓解,因此值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension,and to analyze the changes of renal function and inflammatory factor levels. Methods During March 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital,64 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the observation group. The control group was only treated with Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Western medicine. The curative effect of the two groups was compared,and the level of kidney function and inflammation were observed. Results After treatment,the curative effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The renal function after treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension can reduce the blood pressure of the patients,steady the patient ＇s heart rate,improve the effective role of renal function,and reduce the level of inflammatory factor,can effectively alleviate inflammatory response,and it is worthy of clinical application.
