摘要
高等职业教育的特点是突出实验实训教学,为了得到较好的实践教学效果,文章就个人的工作经验结合我院的实验教学改革与实践成果,从教师综合素质、教学经验、教学模式等方面进行总结归纳。
The character of higher vocational education is prominent practice teaching.In order to get better effects of practice teaching,the personal quality,experience and teaching mode of teachers were summarized in the paper which is based on my personal work experience combined with the experimental teaching reform in my college.
