摘要
静脉麻醉药丙泊酚可通过影响血小板的聚集、血黏度及脂代谢等方面影响微循环。丙泊酚的使用时机、持续静脉给药时间及用量大小均可不同程度地影响微循环,而人体不同组织和器官的微循环变化情况也不尽相同。利用丙泊酚改善患者的微循环将对提高围术期安全大有裨益。但是目前关于丙泊酚对微循环的影响还未得出一致结论。
Intravenous anesthesia propofol can influence the microcirculation through platelet gathering, blood viscosity and lipid metabolism. The administration timing, continuous intravenous administration time and usage quantity of propofol all influence the microcircualtion on different degrees, and changes of microcirculation of different tissues and organs are also different. Application of propofol can improve patients microcirculation and increase the perioperative security greatly, though no universal conclusion of propofol influ- ence on microcircualtion has been achieved so far.
